Scope of service

Piedmont Scout (Mervantis OÜ) provides remote viewing, visual documentation of observable conditions, area-orientation and factual logistics reporting, translation, and administrative scheduling, for properties the client has already found. We are not licensed Agenti d’affari in mediazione (L. 39/1989); we do not search, shortlist, value, negotiate, mediate, or represent the buyer in a purchase, and we take no commission.

Booking & confirmation

Request by email with the listing link and chosen package. The service is confirmed within 24 hours subject to availability and range.

Payment

A flat package fee, paid by SEPA / bank transfer before the visit. By booking, you confirm you understand Piedmont Scout provides independent media and logistics support only and is not a licensed Italian real-estate mediator.

Deliverables

Photographs, video, and a factual written report of the observable condition. No valuation, survey, or legal opinion is provided or implied.
