What we collect

Your name, email, the listing links/addresses you send, any copy of ID you provide for a viewing authorization (Delega), payment/bank-transfer details, and our correspondence with you.

Why, and the legal basis

To confirm, schedule, and deliver the scouting service you request — performance of a contract.
To reply to your enquiries — legitimate interest.
To meet accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation.

Sharing

We share information with the property’s local agent only as needed to schedule a viewing and present your authorization, and with our bank for payment. We never sell your data.

Retention

Correspondence and invoices are kept as long as legally required for accounting; an ID copy provided for a Delega is kept only as long as needed for that viewing authorization and then deleted.
